Another beautiful read by award-winning author, Pat Zietlow Miller. It all starts with spilled grape juice, but it leads to Tanisha’s classmate wondering what the two little words Be Kind really mean. Amazing book that teaches kindness and compassion that everyone can learn from.

Penelope is the only T Rex in a class full on human pre-schoolers. She has a habit of eating her classmates. (This is dealt with tastefully because she eats them whole and therefore can spit them out whole, albeit a little slimy.) It is only when the classroom pet goldfish tries to eat Penelope’s finger, that she realizes being eaten is no fun. Penelope brings cookies to school and all is well.
