I like to recommend this book to people interested in real estate investing because it was the book that gave me the kick I needed in order to start investing. Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki brilliantly illustrates the contrast between his two father figures, one of whom was incredibly wealthy, and one of whom, despite advanced education and a high paying job, was essentially “poor.” The book, while not 100% dedicated to real estate, highlights the importance of investing in real property acritical means toward amassing wealth.

For such a dry subject, this book is a very enjoyable read, very informative and well written.
A literal roadmap to managing Real Estate. The advice is easy to understand and follow, the same goes with applying the knowledge in the Real Estate world.
The author does his due diligence, this book is thorough, an encyclopaedic book of all things Real Estate.
Bryan advises that the step by step guide is easy to follow, but it doesn’t sugar coat anything, warning you ample times that it hard work.
There is real value to be gained from this book.

I love Mike’s book on landlording as it really is a step by step guide that clarifies all the information you need to know along the way of managing your rental properties the right way. It has so much value in the area of making rental properties manageable and how to spend less money as a landlord. I think it’s a great book to read before you start investing in rental properties because it can really help to make sure you’re prepared for the landlord side of things and that you have a solid strategy going into it. There is no better book out there explaining how to be a perfect landlord in my opinion.
