#1 The Triathlete’s Training Bible by Joe Friel
I understood a little about each element, but nowhere near to the level that Joe discusses in this book.
It helped me plan my sessions better and get more out of each one. It also allowed me to understand periodisation and how to structure my season to build up to my main race.
I’d highly recommend this book if you want to get better and triathlon, and as a bonus you’ll sound like you know what you’re talking about in the coffee shop after a ride!
